Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://scaffoldhub.io website (the "Service") or any scaffolds hosted in it operated by PASTORE DE LIMA CONSULTORIA LTDA - ME ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service
Product and ownership
The generated code of all scaffolds are only for the purpose of starting software development projects from it. You download and use it on your own responsibility and at on your own risk of liability.
The generated program code of all scaffolds are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the provider of the code generator be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
It is in your responsibility to audit and adapt the code to meet your requirements according to the prior art to be secure against system failures, performance problems, data loss, data breaches, data theft, data manipulation, violation of the law and causing personal injury or damage.
Your may use the scaffold to generate applications code for your own purposes or for your clients.
You must not incorporate the generated application in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your clients.
The generated code may not be redistributed or resold as a template or other application generator.
If the generated code contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the scaffold and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
If the generated code was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the generated code is subject to the terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
The scaffolds may be modified or removed at any time, even if you have credits left in your account.
We do not process any order payments or refunds through the website. All payments and refunds are processed securely through PayPal, a third party online payment provider.
You have 24 hours to inspect the scaffold you intend to use your purchased credits and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by the seller. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, we will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the scaffold failed to live up to expectations.
All refunds are processed to the paypal account that originated the purchase.
Credits refunded through Paypal will be removed from your account.
If a scaffold that charges credits does not work as described or if it appears to be defective, please contact email@example.com and describe the issue(s) in detail. The scaffold will be investigated and if it is found to be defective or not working as described by the seller then it will be fixed or a refund will be granted. Please note that due to the nature of digital goods, a refund can only be granted if the scaffold was not used after purchasing, if the scaffold is defective, or if the scaffold does not work as described by the seller in the scaffold's description.
Shared Projects and Credits Earned by Sharing
By sharing your project's URL, you agree that anyone can view and clone your project.
When other users use credits on projects created by you, you receive one credit. But that's limited to one credit per user. If the same user uses one or more credits on any of your projects, you receive just one credit in total.
If other users clone your project, generate it, uses a credit and download the code, you still receive one credit, respecting the rule of one total earned credit per user.
Subsequent shares of project clones do not relate to the original project.
