In short: build whatever you want — just keep your repo private and don't redistribute the ScaffoldHub template itself.

By purchasing, installing, or using ScaffoldHub, you agree to this license agreement ("License").

This License is between you ("You") and Pastore de Lima Consultoria LTDA - ME ("ScaffoldHub"). It covers the online modeling tool ("Modeling Tool"), all generated source code, any source code provided by ScaffoldHub, and related documentation (collectively, "Software").

This License replaces any earlier license granted for previous versions of the Software.

Intellectual property

The Software and Modeling Tool are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. ScaffoldHub retains all rights not expressly granted in this License.

What you can do

You own the projects you build. You can use the Software in any way you like, as long as you follow the two rules below.

  • Generate unlimited projects for yourself or your clients.
  • Build and sell SaaS products, web apps, self-hosted apps, or any other digital product.
  • Charge users, sell licenses, offer subscriptions — any business model.

Two rules

  1. Keep your repository private. Do not publish the Software's source code in any public repository or make it open-source.
  2. Don't redistribute the template. Do not distribute the Software separately from a finished product — whether as code, boilerplate, templates, or design assets. This includes building platforms that let end users generate their own apps using the Software.

Examples of what's fine: a personal project, a client project, a SaaS, a self-hosted product you sell or rent.

Examples of what's not allowed: a public GitHub repo containing the Software, a "web app creator" powered by the Software, selling or giving away templates based on the Software.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

ScaffoldHub's total liability for any costs, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Software — including third-party claims — is limited to a refund of your license fee. ScaffoldHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

This License remains in effect as long as you comply with its terms. ScaffoldHub may terminate this License if you breach any provision. ScaffoldHub also reserves the right to discontinue or change features at any time.

Refund

Purchases made through partners are subject to the partner's refund policy.

For purchases made directly on the ScaffoldHub website, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the email address you used to register. Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Upon refund, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

Changes to this License

ScaffoldHub may update this License from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised License.

General

  • Governing law. This License is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Curitiba, Brazil.
  • Severability. If any provision of this License is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • Translation. In case of conflict between translations, the Portuguese version prevails.
